Liver Cleanse

The liver is the largest solid organ in the body. The liver is one of the most important organs, serving as the body’s most comprehensive chemical factory and refinery. It performs more than 500 chemical jobs.

The liver cleanse is used for cleaning the liver of toxins, thinning or thickening the blood, allergies, blemishes, hay fever, gastritis, flatulence, nausea, vomiting, common cold, sinusitis, fever, cough, and gall bladder issues.



Option 1

Use a minimum of 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice or as much as the juice of a whole lemon 1 drop Lemon oil 1 drop Peppermint oil Combine then drink.

Option two
Liver Cleanse Tea 1-2 drops Lemon Oil 1-2 drops Peppermint Oil 1 cup of warm/hot water 1 teaspoon of organic honey
The Liver Cleanse should be taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this cleanse for 28 days, take 7 days off, and then start again. By taking the 7 days off you’ll be able to see how much better you feel when you’re on the liver cleanse. Once you have resumed, continue to do this cleanse daily without interruption.

For a more aggressive cleanse, at times it is appropriate to do the Liver Cleanse first thing in the morning and last thing at night before bed. Please use discernment.
